Innovation Qube Caribbean Ltd. (IQ Caribbean) is a registered company in Saint Lucia.

Our programme is externally assessed by the St.Lucia Council for Technical and Vocational, Education and Training (SLCTVET). and students receive a  Caribbean Vocational Qualification (CVQ) and a IQ Caribbean Certificate and Transcript at the end of the programme.

The CVQ is one of the systems used by the Ministry of Education through the TVET to certify persons in the skill areas in the CARICOM region.

Our programme runs for 12 months during which you gain job simulation experience. After graduation all students get optional job placement or internship.

All students get the opportunity to attend a face -to- face graduation ceremony at the end of each year.

To enroll in a course, navigate to the top right corner and click the Register Now button.
Alternatively, you can click on the “Apply Now” or “Register Now” buttons on any page. Follow the instructions to
complete your registration and payment.

To participate in our online programme, you will need:

  • A reliable internet connection
  • A computer or tablet with an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
  • Access to a webcam and microphone for interactive one-on-one sessions
  • Basic software such as Microsoft Office or Google Docs
  • A phone or camera to record simulations.

Once you have paid your tuition fee, you will receive login credentials for our online learning platform. All
course materials, including lecture videos, readings, assignments, and assignment feedback,
will be accessible through this platform.

As the self pace courses, the duration of our courses varies based on how soon you
complete the modules and assignment. Access to the course is up to 12 months with an
additional optional 12 months job internship or simulation. Please refer to the Course Programme page for
specific details.

No, all session are pre-designed for you to access at anytime you wish.

Absolutely! Our courses are designed to be interactive. You can participate in discussion
forums, additionally, you can reach out to the instructor via email or through the platform’s
messaging system.

All course materials are provided in the student portal at no additional cost. However, some
courses may recommend that you do further reading. Specific details about any
recommended reading will be provided in the course textbook provided.

Assignments are typically submitted through the online learning platform. There are no
exams, however, we encourage students to do our free quizzes to test your knowledge. These
quizzes are not graded and can be done more than once.
After you have completed your course programme (assignments and projects) we will apply to SLCTVET to arrange for
your job simulation, portfolio assessment and certification.

Once you enrolled to the course programme, we do not offer refunds, however, students who
are facing officially documented illnesses and who would have paid some or all their tuition
fees will have the opportunity to defer their course start dates or projects.

Yes, upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a digital certificate and transcript from
Innovation Qube Caribbean Ltd. that you can print or share on professional networks like
LinkedIn. You will also receive an accredited CVQ certificate from the Ministry of Education
through TVET.

The registration cost is twenty five Eastern Caribbean dollars (EC$25.00) and it is solely for
administrative fees for processing your application.
The cost of the full programme course is two thousand Eastern Caribbean Dollars
(EC$2000.00). This covers your course material for all three courses, assignment feedback
and job simulations. TVET assessment fee and graduation fees may apply and you will
notified of these fees in advance. You may also incur additional costs for your assignments
and projects.
We do offer flexible payment plans and scholarship options for eligible students. Please
contact our admissions office for more information.

To ensure you can manage the requirements of each course effectively we have designed the
courses to be taken in a specific order. You will only be able to access another course after
you have completed the assignments of the first course. You will be able to track your
progress through the course modules.

If you have questions about the course content, you can contact your instructor directly
through the messaging system on our learning platform. Instructors are very responsive and are
happy to help clarify any material.

No, we aim to offer flexible learning to accommodate varying lifestyles. You may enroll on the
course at any time.

The time commitment varies by person and their life commitments. On average, you can
expect to spend 5-10 hours per week on coursework, including reading the course material
completing assignments, and further reading. If you are taking the course parttime one
module should take you three months to ensure that you complete your courses within the 12
month period. For students taking the course full time you may be able to complete the
course within six to eight months. The time frame depends on the time you allocate to go
through the material and complete assignments.

There are no formal education or experience requirements to take the programme. We only request
some motivation and a hunger to learn.
During the course of your programme, you will be required to take supplementary
classes if you have no pass in CSEC/CXC Mathematics and English.
We also recommend continuing your studies in various areas after you have completed
this programme. Example Social Studies, Informational Technology, a foreign language, and
learning marketing and design tools.

Assignments are submitted through our online learning platform. Detailed instructions for
each assignment, including submission guidelines, will be provided within the course.

Yes, our online programme is accessible globally. As long as you have a stable internet
connection, you can participate in our programme from any location. To receive the CVQ
qualification you will have to be available in Saint Lucia or any island offering CVQ
certification.

Courses are self-paced, allowing you to work at your own speed. If you fall behind,
communicate with your instructor as soon as possible. They can provide guidance and
support to help you catch up and keep you motivated.

A retake of the course is not necessary as you will have the opportunity to resubmit
assignments until you get it right. We will provide ample support, guidance and feedback to
ensure your success in the programme.

CVQ qualifications are recognised and accepted worldwide, however, credit transfer policies vary by
institution. If you plan to transfer course credits to another school, check with that
institution’s registrar or admissions office to ensure they will accept the credits from our CVQ programme.
