Welcome to the exciting world of Marketing!
This course programme is designed to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge in Marketing, Customer Service, Communications, and Business Management.
In this programme, you will dive into the world of marketing and learn how to create effective strategies to promote products and services to target audiences. You will explore various marketing techniques, such as digital marketing, branding, and market research, to help you understand consumer behaviour and make informed decisions.
Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and in this course, you will learn how to provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will discover the key principles of customer service, effective communication strategies, and how to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
Effective communication is essential in any business setting, and in this programme, you will develop strong communication skills to convey your ideas clearly and persuasively. You will learn how to communicate with different stakeholders, both internally and externally, and build strong relationships that contribute to business success.
Lastly, you will explore the fundamentals of business management, including leadership, decision-making, and organizational behavior. The Programme is made up of three mandatory courses. Each course contains modules, and each module has an assignment that you must complete. At the end of each course, there will be a final project which will contribute to your final assessment. There are no exams, however, we encourage students to utilise our quizzes and other learning resources to self-test their knowledge. Assessment for the qualifications is conducted by TVET and will be done through project submission and job simulation.
- Marketing-CVQ Level 3 (with Customer Service-CVQ Level 2)
- Management-CVQ Level 3
- Communications Strategies- IQ Caribbean Level 3 Certificate
